1. Services Provided

Dad’s Best Home Solutions provides home maintenance, repair, inspection, and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Recurring home maintenance visits

  • One-time handyman services

  • Seasonal tasks such as gutter and dryer vent cleaning

  • Service plan subscriptions

  • Other home support services as described on our website

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling

  • Have legal authority to authorize work on the property

3. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or through email.

You agree that:

  • Appointment times are approximate and may vary depending on job length, weather, and staff availability.

  • You will provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Missed appointments or failure to grant access may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payments & Billing

We accept online payments, credit/debit cards, and recurring billing for service plans.

One-Time Services

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Recurring Service Plans

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection.

  • Plans renew automatically unless canceled.

  • You authorize Dad’s Best Home Solutions to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis.

Late or Failed Payments

If a payment fails, service may be paused until the account is brought current.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

One-Time Services

  • You may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

Recurring Plans

  • You may cancel at any time.

  • No prorated refunds are issued for partially used months.

  • If you cancel during an annual plan, unused months are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide a safe working environment

  • Disclose any known hazards (electrical issues, pests, structural concerns, etc.)

  • Ensure pets do not interfere with service

  • Maintain homeowner’s insurance for coverage of property-related issues

  • Provide filters for air, water, fridge, etc. if you would like us to change them out

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

7. Limitations of Service

Dad’s Best Home Solutions is not a licensed property inspector, general contractor, roofing contractor, HVAC contractor, plumber, or electrician unless otherwise stated.

We do not provide:

  • Major structural repairs

  • Hazardous material remediation

  • Specialized trade work requiring licensed professionals

If a service requires a licensed specialist, we may refer you to a qualified provider.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the service, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, deferred maintenance, or structural issues.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

Home maintenance inherently carries risk. You acknowledge that minor cosmetic damage (e.g., scuffs, marks, debris) can occur during normal work and is not grounds for liability.

10. Subcontractors

We do not use subcontractors.

11. Referrals

If we refer you to another service provider, we make no guarantees about their work. Any agreement between you and a referred contractor is separate from Dad’s Best Home Solutions.

We do not upcharge for their work. We may receive a referral fee at no extra cost to you.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, and materials are the property of Dad’s Best Home Solutions LLC and may not be used without permission.

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and protect your information.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates acceptance.
